Nava Family Medicine

I recently moved to Phoenix and my fiancé has been a patient for 3 plus years. I have been with the same practice Adalante in west valley since 2011. The level of care from Diana to PA Sydney was outstanding. I can not say enough things at how much Sydney cared about my personal care. 5 plus stars! BTW. Wait times are typical in Dr’s Offices. Mine was minimal even after filling out papers for new patient. Thank you again.

After they messed up multiple prescriptions and referrals, I called the office and was put on hold. I hung up after 15 min and called back. The receptionist said now I lost my place in line and the wait would be longer. So I went in to the office. I was shocked to see there was not a single person in the lobby and when I got to the window I could see there were 7 lights flashing on the phone. I waited for 5 minutes and watched as the 2 girls did nothing and when I left there were only 3 lights flashing. The receptionists are the worst!

Thank you Dr. Andrew Nava MD for 16 years as my PCP. As I have grown up as an adult, Dr. Nava has been there through all of my ups and downs. The only reason I have transfered is because of my health complications requiring an Internal Medicine PCP. They have previously worked with Dr. Nava as well so I know I will continue to be in good hands. Dr. Nava also has several highly qualified nurse practitioners. Angie and I go way back. You are in good hands with this office. Have patience and kindness. They will treat you back the way you should be treated.

If I'm able to see a doctor I'm happy. Unfortunately, I was in and accident and was in pain. I arrived for 15 minutes early. After WAITING ONE HOUR AND A HALF I walked out. Interesting, the colonoscopy doctor they referred me also took an hour and a half after I arrived early. Maybe, I'm just impatient. Still, I believe it DANGEROUS to leave people waiting in a doctor's office for an hour and a half during the middle of COVID-19.

Doctor zamora wasn't my first option for doctors but he is very reliable. He was very professional and cared about getting my health back in order and the front desk workers have always been kind.

Very great! Front desk ladies are friendly and very helpful. They also speak Spanish to better help you with your needs. Definitely recommend this office!

Difficult to work with and communicate with. Long wait times. Been here multiple times and have found better services elsewhere.

There wait times are so long, took me an hour and a half to be seen.

I’ve waited for an hr if not more to see the Dr. the waiting room was empty.. I don’t get it
