Navy Exchange

This is the best exchange in the Hampton Roads area in my opinion.

Much larger than NEX Bethesda and Annapolis. I’m impressed with the large variety of clothes.

Clean, staff helpful and friendly, recommend different item, since item want was not available yet. Nice price, just a little pricey.

The main store is great! But the uniform portion sucks. Ive been waiting to get a single patch and they havnt helped me i have been standing here for what feels like an hour and they walk past me while looking the other way acting like they havnt seen me. All i want is my rating patch for my dress whites so i can leave!

The lady at the tailoring department was extremely rude. I asked where an item was and she gave me an attitude and said uh its right over there. And as I'm getting my wallet out she says i need your ID. Definitely horrible customer service.

Poor customer service with online orders.

Very awesome mall type store. Great selection of brands in a department store/electronics store/fashion store/grocery store. Very diverse selection, really a one stop shop. You can get almost everything you would need/want here. My family and I all recommend to visit here.
