Cute and cozy, however the bathroom sink pipes were too loud every time I turn the faucet on. When my husband first turned the faucet on I was napping. I had to put the pillow over my ears. Don't stay in suite 1105 if you don't won't to hear the pipe noise from the bathroom sink.
My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We got a two bedroom apartment for $115/night. No way you can beat that anywhere in the area. The beauty of government subsidization. The building is a bit older, and there are no DVD players, but it’s a great, great deal overall.
Very courteous and professional front desk staff but the condition and cleanliness of the facilities, furnishings, amenities, access to restaurants, etc.....are all poor and most definitely not worth the price you will pay to stay here. I recommend finding somewhere else to stay if you have the flexibility.
Very clean. Nice floor plan. Each suite has it's own temperature control. Full kitchen. However, cable was out all weekend. I will still stay here though.
I was extremely surprised by how nice and spacious my suite/room was and had a totally different thought on what it was gonna be. I'm extremely pleased but didn't give it a 5 star because thought outside conditions of the buildings could be updated. Above all REALLY happy and can't complain at all.
Enjoying our stay here...accomadtions are spacious and clean...staff very helpful...
It served its purpose and I slept fine. My room has an ant problem though. The handicap buttons for the lobby entrance are not working either.
They close the front desk at 11pm now, so if you arrive after that, you gotta find another hotel for the night.
So I paid $150 for the room plus a $20 pet fee. We went to site see and before leaving our room was at 77 degrees. We got back after setting it to 65 and it’s now 79 degrees. I called the front desk and their solution was to give us fans!! we are hot natured and can’t sleep when it’s hot. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
It is convenient to the DC area. The rooms are clean. The staff is polite. The infrastructure on the base as a whole needs maintenance,. Cable was out for two days. There was no hot water today. The staff said it was because of a gas main break,
