Even as something simple as replacing watch batteries, we found the staff friendly, courteous and ready to help. We have always used Nazarian Jewelers. Quick job completed with a smile.

Very disappointed with the craftsmanship and service at this location. I had my engagement ring resized here and was not made aware that the resizing would weaken the band to the point where it cracked just 4 months later. The jeweler was unwilling to repair the ring for free and even blamed me for wearing the ring for everyday activities like driving and cleaning. They essentially rendered my engagement ring unwearable and it will never have the integrity it had before it was resized. If I had known I would not have had it done. We had another piece custom made here that had a water mark on it when we picked it up, which they did fix for free and I love that piece. But overall extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability and integrity, don’t let this happen to you!
