NDDOT Driver's License

Motorcycle written test was complete BS. Questions hidden in the book, questions that weren’t even in the book at all, and super situational questions that weren’t mentioned in the book. Riding motorcycles is good for the environment right? Way better MPG than cars. Also, you can fit more motorcycles on a road than cars so it’s better for traffic too. If riding motorcycles is good and more people should do it, why do you make the test impossible? Pisses me off.

These people are horrible! Rude as hell. My husband is obviously hearing impared. He couldn't hear what the woman was saying so he leaned in and the rude old blonde woman was leaning back like he had the plauge. And he couldn't understand what she said so he just said yes. And then he tried to go back to talk to her not even a minute later and she was like TAKE A NUMBER. RUDE ASS LADY

My son just switched his license from California to North Dakota, super easy and very quick !

This was the most rudest unprofessional place I ever been... My baby was talking and this man told me they couldnt do business with my kids talking so we had to stand in -5 degree weather. Y'all really need to train the staff better in talking to people. Their customer service skills are horrible. Don't u guys know if we waiting a hour kids are not going to be quite. And putting me out in the cold with my kids was just not cool.

I've been treated hastily and poorly every time I've been to this place. Being snapped at and looked at like a burden, as if I also don't work for a living. I don't understand these people. Maybe they're lacking training, basic customer service skills, or are stressed out, but I think a staff meeting is well overdue.
