NE Flower Boutique

I live in California and I needed to send some flowers to a loved one in Pennsylvania. I found NE Flower Boutique solely through Yelp/Google reviews. Based on their photos, I knew they had good taste in flowers so I gave them broad parameters overall color scheme of bouquet, a few adjectives on the look I wanted, and 1 flower I wanted to include and trusted them to create something beautiful. While there was a little miscommunication with the arrangement that was sent, they were quick to remedy the situation and the bouquet that was sent was above and beyond my expectations see photos!. I will definitely be using them again in the future for any PA flower needs. Highly recommend! A big shoutout to Kara and her excellent customer service! She is why I will be a return customer!

NE Flower Boutique was so amazing to work with. At the time, we lived only a few blocks from the old city location and being familiar with the shop, we inquired about wedding florals for our wedding on 10/28/22. Anastasia talked me through all the options to make my vision come to life within my budget. I greatly appreciated their honestly, communicating what would look best, what wouldn’t, and where I could cut budget wise without sacrificing my vision. Anastasia and her team were so incredibly patient with me and so accommodating when it came to solidifying my arrangements I’ll admit I was definitely an indecisive bride. I was so excited to see everything come to life the day of the wedding and I can honestly say the setup exceeded my expectations. People still mention how beautiful our sweetheart table was. 10/10 recommend Anastasia and her team and would definitely book again if I had to do it all over. I requested a custom arrangement to bring with me to my workplace and could not have been any happier when I picked it up. The arrangement was simply gorgeous and the 2 ladies that helped me out were very courteous and polite, even though I almost broke a vase with flowers in it... can you say bull in a china shop? Our office manager loved the arrangement and it really made everyone's day. Thanks so much for the beautiful arrangement!

My parents sent a gorgeous giant bouquet of flowers after the birth of my son to the hospital. They were happy to find a florist that was open on a Sunday and could deliver. The pricing was so reasonable per my parents considering the number of flowers I received. Now that I know that this florist is exists in PHL I will use them as well!

I live in Dallas, TX but I am from Philadelphia, PA. Over the past two years I’ve struggled to find a florist I absolutely loved- one that’s efficient and really does take creativity to the next level. I am sooo glad to have found NE flower boutique . Their work is top notch!

Edit: It seems this was a misunderstanding and the boutique will honor the price that was quoted to my friend! Happy this issue has been resolved for her. Don’t be fooled by the beautiful flowers and friendly staff, be smart and go elsewhere, especially if you’re budget-minded! My friend, a lovely bride, met Anastasia on July 17th and ordered and PAID, in full, for flowers for the bridal party. A month later, Anastasia is asking for more money! I think it’s fair to expect transparency from any business! Once a price is agreed on and a product paid for, please don’t try to shake customers down after the fact! Now my sweet friend feels exploited because it’s way too late to order flowers from another florist, and if the bride CAN’T pay, she’s not getting her bouquet! Please avoid the stress of dealing with NE Flower Boutique! I also bought a corsage and pin for my parents. Pretty, pics included, but we’re so disappointed, confused, and broke! Support an honest business, please!

Went in and panic bought 2 arrangements to bring with me to meet my boyfriend’s mom and sister. Very helpful and charismatic staff. Lovely energy. Got one larger arrangement and a smaller one for $98 total. Adjustments were made to the arrangements as I requested. Very lovely experience.

I called them for my 10th anniversary and had a particular request. They called me back within an hour, confirming they could take care of it. They knocked it out of the park! Excellent service and great product.

I ordered a birthday bouquet for our daughter. It was GORGEOUS! The employee that I spoke to was very nice and knowledgeable. Delivery was within the timeframe as promised. I definitely recommend NE Flower Boutique and will use them again. Thank you so much!!

My granddaughter took a picture of the flowers I had delivered to her and she was raving about how beautiful they were. She sent me a picture and the arrangement was exactly like the picture on the website that I had ordered from. I was so happy and impressed with the excellent job from NE Flower Boutique-Old City and recommend them to anyone looking for beautiful, quality flowers.
