They said"we are going green",and got rid of the deposit/withdraw slips. Paper can be recycled. Who wants everybody in the room to know their business.when I opened my account, I was told not to let anyone know my account number. why can't I go in there and make a withdraw without anyone hear how much the teller counts out.no dividers. I have rites,and privacy is one of them. I'm considering taking leagel measures.you don't need a houst at a bank either, get rid of the stupid machine too and you should have enough to pay a real teller.as big as that place is, there should NEVER be a wait!

Veterans day must be closed as are other financial institutions. You are showing disrespect to our service people who continue to protect now, fought and died and are living to protect us. You close for every other holiday, don't you think our veterans living and given their lives should get respect and honor? What a disgrace. Been a member for many years, the changes with personal are a appauling. The few staff members from when you started and a few years ago know their job, now those you hire are rude, clueless which makes doing any transactions frustrating. Is this the way you want to be treated?

They will not work with their customer to get a loan from out of state .They want the out of state dealership to do the title work and taxes when they legally are not supposed to. The dealership was even willing to go the extra mile and mail the title directly to the title office with the lien placed on it to then have the customer come in and pay the taxes without the customer ever touching the title. They claimed this was a "RISK" for them. Having a lien on a title from day 1 is a risk for them....... Even the Pennsylvania title office laughed when I told them this issue and said they have never heard of a bank like this

- No ATM'S in multiple areas outside of the bank. - No reimbursements for use of other ATM'S (up to as much as $4.00!) - Only 2 branches in "nearby" area - 10 & 14 miles away. - Statement accessibility difficult at times (from website). - when a question is posed to bank employees, several different answers arise. (I asked 3 different employees about the rule on outside ATM use & the reimbursement policies, and got 3 different answers.) On the up side, every is cordial and friendly, and always has a smile.

Worst Credit union to deal with for auto loans. Credit union will not even allow their members to purchase vehicles out of state due to them not wanting to do any title work. They would not allow their customer to purchase a vehicle from us due to us being in a different state and legally not allowed to do the title work that they are obligated to do.
