Richard Arsenault and his team (especially Richard and Dustin) had a wonderful way of personalizing contact and showing concern for my well-being. I never felt like I was just another case, although I know I was a small piece of the firms workload. Their knowledge and efficiency was outstanding. I always felt I was in good hands; especially important to me when going through difficult times. They made themselves available whenever needed. I recommend them 100%!

My husband and I are currently being represented by N.B and A in a lawsuit against a major manufacturer which included an out of state trial that lasted about 2 months. We have always been treated with great kindness and professionalism from everyone at the firm. I feel very secure with our case in their capable hands, and I know they are working tirelessly to get the best outcome. I would recommend their representation to anyone, and I would give them 5 more stars if I could.

Wesley Gralap is excellent. Took care of all my needs after my accident. Referred me to Doctor and physical therapy and also kept me in a rental car the whole time i needed it. Great attorney and staff. Still sends me birthday cards after 10yrs.

Having never expected to be involved in any type of litigation, we are so thankful to have been represented by Richard Arsenault and his team at Neblett, Beard and Arsenault.
From day one, we were extremely impressed with our main contacts, Dustin Carter and Jennifer Hoekstra, both extremely responsive, whether it be a phone call, text or email, day and night, keeping us informed throughout the entire process.
We cannot say enough about Mr. Arsenault, Dustin Carter, Jennifer Hoekstra, Dawn Chmielewski and Ashley Caruso, they made us feel like part of their law firm family and made sure we understood what to expect throughout the trial. Pre-trial, they took the time to really get to know us, our family and our situation, twice visiting our home in Western New York, some 1327 miles from their home office.
We were very fortunate to have been part of a bellwether trial which took place in Dallas, TX, over the course of nine weeks. It was an experience we will never forget. Although it was difficult be away from home, our accommodations were wonderful and at no expense to us. They spent a great deal of money to make our long stay doable. We actually had a family emergency in New York and they had us on a plane within hours of the phone call.
It was a surreal experience, witnessing behind the scenes preparation for trial, watching the trial unfold and how the team anticipated what needed to be done, both in the courtroom and behind the scenes. This group worked all hours of the day and night, operating like a well-oiled machine, with the result of a successful verdict. To see this first hand was an experience we will never forget.
We are so very grateful to have had such an awesome experience with such a high caliber law firm. We highly recommend the professionals at Neblett, Beard and Arsenault, who we now consider our friends.
