The lady that tranfers you to the Department you are looking for, was rude, telling us they have 48hrs to get back to us and to stop calling.. But if we dont hear back by thursday then try to call back.. How rude and unprofessional is that

No wonder our homes for the elderly are in such s deplorable state. You people, by your rating do not seem to really care about anything. You all should be ashamed of the way the elderly are being cared for in this state. Twenty one faclities not fit for people who are not able to care for themselves. SHAME! ... AND YOU CALL YOURSELVES HUMAN BEINGS.

fast at doing nothing and denying you they said id have food stamps for 3 months after i lost my job they took them away the next month and then when i moved they still had me as active so i cant get food stamps in the state im in

My father just told me that you guys had a hearing based on his state help regarding his cancer! That he was diagnosed with not too long ago! And for YOU guys to tell him that he's not that sick or the age 65! So you're considering taking his help away! Is very low for anybody, that means he won't be able to get treated or anything at all because of your opinions regarding his HEALTH. If his state help is takin away I WILL sue this department of health and make sure the world knows about this because regardless of age! People are dying all over because of cancer! The state of Nebraska is horrible!
