I am a new investor and the first house i ever bought i worked with Jenny Stephens at Nebraska Lifestyles on. throughout my months long property search, i consulted with Jenny regularly on properties. I eventually found one and NE lifestyles have now been managing it for me since July 2022. In short, I would highly recommend working with Jenny and Nebraska Lifestyles. Here are some of the things I appreciated most about working with them: - Jenny is one of the most responsive people via text, email, phone i have ever met! As a new investor, i had 10,000 questions and she answered all of them VERY quickly, even though she is a busy lady. Furthermore, she is patient and easy to talk to! No matter how many questions i threw at her she was always patient and happy to help throughout the entire process. - Jenny is also very knowledgeable. She has over 17 years of experience in this market and the industry and is a wealth of information. - The tenant placement process was blazing fast and efficient! Jenny was able to find good tenants and had them lined up to sign the rental agreement even BEFORE i closed on the property! They moved in the week i closed amazingly AND I got about $300/month more than i was expecting thanks to Jenny and the Nebraska Lifestyles marketing operation. - The Nebraska Lifestyles website is streamlined and automated and intuitive. The payment processing is automated and simple. They provide statements and there is no physical mailbox paperwork which is very nice! All around great group to work with. Everyone I have talked to has been extremely courteous. In the beginning while working with Jake to secure a rental home he worked around our busy schedule. He was very responsive at whatever time I called or sent a text. Ashlyn is quick to reply to any e-mails or texts I send. She has been so helpful while we are in the process of moving into the rental property.

I love working with Nebraska Lifestyles, especially Jake. i sold my home and wanted a new start. I wanted to give my children a better atmosphere and a better home. What a breath of fresh air it is to work with Nebraska Lifestyles! They are the third property management group I've hired in Omaha and I have had a wonderful experience with them. The whole crew seem to want to care for my properties as if they were there own. They are quick to answer questions and seem to have the tenants, the property and us, the owners, best interest at heart. Jake, Kelly, Jenny, Ben and Ashlyn are quite a team!

It’s unfortunate we can’t rate them 10 stars! We moved in to our home at the very beginning of the pandemic, when everything started to get crazy. But regardless, they didn’t skip a beat for all of our needs! Since the very beginning the entire crew has been hands down the BEST we’ve ever rented from! We located the place on a Sunday, Jeb called us on a Monday, looked at it on Tuesday, signed papers and had keys Wednesday! The quick response and professionalism was outstanding, especially since I was Moving from an entirely different city! Still to this day, almost two years later they are always right on anything and everything. Quick call backs, texts, emails. Maintenance request have always been resolved within days! Mostly, we love the fact they treat us more then just “tenants” and that’s extremely hard to find!! We will definitely be continuing to sign lease renewals in the future! Love it here and love their office and staff!

Nebraska Lifestyles Property Management was so helpful in finding me a home to rent in Omaha. The rental market is extremely competitive at the moment, and Jake Sundell with NL Property Management was so helpful in our search. Within just hours of applying for a house on their website, Jake called me with questions and advise to make the process go swiftly and smoothly. Within 24 hours of that first phone call we had looked at the house and signed a lease! It was such relief to get our housing situation figured out so quickly, and I have Jake to thank!!!
