NedSpace helps startups, entrepreneurs, and businesses use their resources wisely by offering them affordable space at a flat rate without hidden fees.

Story

Founded in PDX in 2009, NedSpace is Portland's original coworking space; We are local. We feel local.
We focus on community support, and strive to foster a community of creative founders, entrepreneurs, startups, non-profits, and more. We want to help our members reach goals and succeed in their passionate endeavors.

NedSpace offers an 11th story downtown location, located in the Union Bank Tower. The space offers conference rooms, meeting spaces, a lounge with projector, open desk areas, private desk areas, and private offices. There is a large communal kitchen -- coffee, tea, filtered water, etc. all included with membership, of course. Member amenities also include: wifi, printing (no hidden fees), community events, networking, locked bike storage, secure elevator access 24/7, showers, and cable in the lounge.

Such a cute place with beautiful city views! Jorge and Cesar are always available and willing to help me out when needed; straight forward people, no drama, no bs. They are wonderful and genuine human beings and it is a pleasure being part of their office. Plenty of lounge areas to relax, a nice kitchen and a recording studio. I cant say enough good things about the managers and office ... I highly recommend Nedspace if you are looking for a quiet and respectful work environment!
Nedspace is a great place for entrepreneurs to thrive. I'm in town and needed a space for a FB Live event. Mark and Chelsea were so accommodating. The space is beautiful and the wifi is lightning fast.The location was easy to find and there's a parking garage underneath. I got a chance to chat with Mark and he has a wide range of experience in the small business ecosystem. If I were in Portland on a regular basis I'd have a hot desk here.
NedSpace is the new home for The Insight Alliance and we LOVE it! It's such an easy place to work. Great community and the facilities are perfect for us. The big conference room with great views make me feel like a grown up... We recorded a few of our very own podcasts there which is a massive bonus. The Kitchen is lovely to have right there. Mark and Chelsea are always responsive and super friendly and made us feel very comfortable right off the bat. I'd recommend NedSpace to anyone who is looking for a very convenient, centrally location, friendly local Portland office space. It ROCKS!
Wonderful community of smart, motivated entrepreneurs -- I found the Nedspace managers to be extremely friendly and welcoming, too. Overall, the facility is very sharp and professional, so great for holding meetings with external folks and making a solid impression if that's important to you. They also do a nice job of mixing in social events, professional development presentations, etc., so for a very reasonable rate it provides a great return and resources. Highly recommend for folks developing a business or going out on their own...
Great community, very friendly and Portland focused. I rented a hot desk years ago at NedSpace, and have kept in touch over the years. Recently, our growing business needed additional space for a development project, so we turned to the NedSpace team. Mark and Chelsea made the whole process easy and service was A++. Great views. No pretentiousness, just great coworking facilities
NedSpace is a fantastic co-working space. All the necessities and then some are provided. There are many rooms so you may choose the size that works for your company. In addition, there are plenty of spaces to expand into for those times you need it. In addition, there is a great kitchen, lounge area and the decor is hip and modern. However, NedSpace is so much more than a co-working space. Their particular secret sauce is Mark and Chelsea. They are always available and are there to help solve whatever struggles may arise. In addition, they have built a community of folks that are over the top! All the fellow NedSpacers are there and available for advice, humor and fellowship. NedSpace is the BEST!
We've been at NedSpace a long time and I can report that Mark has consistently been champion for companies domiciled here. The space itself is great, with plenty of room to get organized and meet with colleagues and clients. Chelsea does a great job taking care of the office so we can concentrate on our business. Best of all, everyone is friendly and always willing to help each other out.
Nedspace is an incredible co-working space for collaborating with other brilliant minds and entrepreneurs, and accessing a supportive community that makes the journey less isolating. Mark and the staff here are amazing and have been tremendous supporters for under-represented entrepreneurs for years! They not only strive to create an inclusive and inviting space to work, but advocate personally and in our community for a better business world with diversity, equity and inclusion. I am new to the area and launching the next phase of a start-up, my 5th in the last 25 years. I checked out some of the other options, but kept hearing good things about NedSpace, so I came to a meet-up being hosted here and was impressed. I joined 2 months ago and it's worked out very well. Great location in a first-class space and excellent value. I love the vibe, the people who work out of here, and the staff who support us. It’s a very conducive place to work, connect, do meetings and get things done!
I am loving my first experience with NedSpace! What a great solution for companies that want to have great office space, awesome Portland/mountain views and shared services. All of this is delivered by folks that love what they're doing and engender a spirit of collaboration and community. I would heartily recommend NedSpace to any organization that is looking to expand their footprint without carrying all the overhead of a single location office!
