Needleman's Bridal and Formal

I don’t like to bash other companies but I had first gone to David’s Bridal months ago and bought “the dress”. I then lost a lot of weight and could no longer use that dress. I decided to try Needlemans and I’m so glad I did! They were absolutely amazing! I felt like I was their main focus during my appointment. They made me feel heard and made me feel like they truly wanted to help my find “the” dress. As we were looking through racks I said I liked a few and thought “ok these three are enough. I don’t want to look like a bridezilla.” But to my surprise she kept pulling dresses and adding them to my try on pile. At David’s Bridal I felt so rushed and the ladies helping seemed like they just would tell me what I wanted to hear. I would recommend Needlemans to any future bride looking for a memorable experience while they hunt for their wedding dress!!!! I’m so happy I went to them!

Needleman's saved my wedding day! I originally rented suits for my groomsmen and I from Men's Wearhouse but when I tried the suit on, it wasn't ever close to correct. My groomsmen were fine but my suit included pants and jacket that were way too short and the wrong color shoes. I was referred to Needleman's from our wedding planner and they did not disappoint. I got in touch with Mark 2 hours before my wedding and he had a suit that fit perfectly. He got me in and out very quickly and I made it back to our venue in plenty of time. I definitely will be recommending Needleman's to everyone I know!

When my now husband and I were looking for suits for our wedding the only place that came to mind was Needleman's. Mark was very knowledgable, helpful, and precise with the entire fitting. His suggestions were well thought, and utilized. After hearing about our experience, my father in law decided to purchase a suit from Mark as well. We're officially repeat customers, and plan to use their services for years to come!

I had an okay experience and did end up getting my dress from here, as well as the suits for the groomsmen, but if I could do it over I wouldn't. The husband that deals with the suits was rude and changed suit sizes on the spot without seeing the groomsmen they all had measurements taken from a wedding just three months before so we used those. Then when they came in one groomsman had the wrong sized pants and WE had to pay to reorder a new pair and get it quickly. My dress experience was good but I went back with a friend and it was absolutely terrible. The consultant wouldn't let anyone pick a dress for the bride-to-be to try on which the bride wanted, she was rude, she wasted time showing 10 bustle options on a dress that hadn't been decided on, she didn't listen at all to what the bride-to-be had to say, and we ended up leaving early because nobody was having a good time. This is supposed to be one of the most fun times for the bride and it was absolutely terrible. I was sorry to have recommended them to my friend and would never come here again.

I was very underwhelmed by my experience here. Despite their dress selection not being my style which is totally customer dependent, their customer service was subpar. Our consultant came in late to our appointment smelling of cigarettes. The owner told us not to touch the dresses, however the consultant wasn’t even helping us to see them so we had to. She never made any positive comments, honestly most were commenting about how short/small I was which I found rude after the first time. My maid of honor was the one helping me in and out, I clipping the dresses. I also felt like the convulsant didn’t help in the dress selection process at all. The dresses she pulled were dresses I had already tried on and said no to. To top it all off, they charged my $50 for the appointment… my bridal party and I will not be coming back, nor recommending this place to others.

Incredibly professional and welcoming storefront with an amazing array of mens formal ware. The suit I rented fit perfectly and looked amazingly. They were also incredibly accommodating as I came in with only 7 days before the wedding I was attending.

I felt well taken care of here at Needleman’s when trying on wedding dresses. I was the only bride trying on at the time which elevated the experience. The customer service is friendly, personal yet professional and they allow you to take your time. I didn’t feel pressured to make any decisions at any given point. Highly recommend!

Needlemans is a life saver! We recommend them to everyone!! Mens Warehouse lost my husbands suit a week before our wedding, wouldn’t help us out in the slightest and they were so rude. We called Needlemans 3 days before our wedding hoping for a suit miracle and they came through! Their customer service is impeccable; the owner was so kind, understanding and helpful. He was able to get my husband exactly what he needed and gave us a discount because of chaos that we had been through. We will be returning in the future for sure; they just made life long customers!!

Mark, Heather, and Kate are the best! They made wedding dress shopping a stress free and exciting experience. They are so knowledgable and have the best selection around. I could not recommend them more.

Mark and his staff were very friendly and made renting 12 suits for our wedding very easy. He took the time to make sure everything fit properly and was done on time. Highly recommend Needleman's!
