Neiman Marcus Last Call Studio

The staff are not welcoming including managers. They seem to all have a chip or their shoulder. I'm in there at least twice a month, and have only met one young woman who approached me and asked me if I needed any assistance. It would be nice if they'd carry larger size shoes and if they did price adjustments. They do have great finds.

I always get good deals there. I recommend rather than online, I just like going to the store. You do have to go through quite a few items to find the ones that will be steals but it's so much worth it! Weekends can get pretty busy so if you can try to go on weekdays. Generally this is not the same merchandise as the main Neiman Marcus and it has an outlet vibe, but if you like deal hunting that is the right place for you!

Excellent location and nice looking store. However, they need a stronger mens collection. This location has potential but seems to get distracted with abstract things like olive oil and desk accessory type products taking up precious rack space along the walls.

Recently discovered the usefulness of this neighborhood store that l once visited a while back and, to put it politely, was a mess!! I've discovered LastCall online and their prices are fair and reasonable. There's free shipping to the NMLC store of your choice for easy pick up if you want to avoid shipping charges to your home if your order is under the minimum requirements. I just get an email from them when my items have arrived in their Brooklyn Heights store, and I have 7 days to pick up or - the item is returned and refunded to the credit/debit card used to purchase online. Neat! Oh, and their staff are ever so kind, patient, and polite!!!

Terrible service!!!!! Ordered a pair of shoes and got an email confirmation that order was processed, after a few days of not receiving my order or any notification that order has shipped, I called customer service and was advised they couldn’t verify my shipping address! I ordered AGAIN, received confirmation, didn’t receive the goods, called again, reordered, didn’t receive the order once again because they couldn’t verify my info. I use this card ALL the time, never had an issue with any other retailer. How they are still in business is beyond me. After a quick review of their ratings I saw this is standard procedure with Neiman Marcus

Nice store, well stocked & not overwhelming, nor junky. I appreciate the quality of the the products offered, feels like I'm getting my money's worth. Great staff! Shout outs to Fatima & Calvin!

This store is horrible!! The security started following me as soon as I entered the store , as soon as he saw me he stop from his conversation with the employee he was standing around talking too in the corner , and stated following me at my every step to the point I had to turn around make eye contact and said is there a problem he turned around and went the opposite direction , I immediately left the store ! And never went back and I tell all my friends and family not to go to this store if you don't want to get followed by the security. Profiling at it's best !

You can get a good deal if there is a legit sale. This location is close to home for me so I tend to use it as my go to. The changing area is not very nice, even on a good day. Today I was appalled and disgusted by the state of the fitting rooms. There was an odor of locker room/dirty socks/feet and every 3' of the shabby reddish carpet was dotted with some type of white powder. There was some trash, labels and random papers on the floor as well. Really gross. I asked the gal at the nearby desk why it was so filthy and she just said "I don't know." Here are my photos.

It is my first time leaving negative feedback. Unfortunately the customer service at NM is absolutely terrible. I had issue with my online purchase, NM fault and they didn't really care. They send generic emails saying they are sorry and hope to do business with me again. The way everything was handled is absolutely inacceptable, truthfully I DO NOT recommend this company. Shop somewhere else, Saks for example where you will be treated the proper way and where they will make you feel like you matter .

Very similar to Nordstrom Rack but with much less Mens Clothing and almost no difference in brands they carry. For men shopping for clothes it is not worth the trip when you have Nordstrom Rack and plenty of other good clothing stores right next to each other. On the other hand yes it does have a lot of nice clothing for women.
