I was a pedestrian struck down by an SUV in a crosswalk 7 years ago.. I sustained some serious leg, upper shoulder and emotional/mental injuries. I fist met Rose Leto in my hospital room a few days following the accident in April 2009. I was still in shock and very broken. Rose was so attentive right from our first meeting. She reassured me that she would make sure I had everything I needed and not to worry. She would handle everything. From that day forward she was genuine, honest and true to her word.
