Nelson Glass

Nelson Glass replaced a window in my bathroom. Honestly...perfection from start to finish. The glass is an upgrade because of William, Joey and Dan's expertise in installation! I was concerned because I did not have any replacement tiles. They installed without any sign that it was a new piece of glass. The team of three was amazing and I believe actually left the site cleaner than it was. I am beyond thrilled with William, Joey and Dan and Nelson Glass! I would highly recomment!!!

Great service! Needed to get shower glass installed and they were fast and efficient. Great communication on getting us scheduled and informing us when there was a delay from Vendor. Very pleased with my experience here.

I own a rental home in Gilbert and needed to replace out the old "builders grade" shower enclosure in the master bath I phoned 3 local glass places and Nelson was the most responsive. Came out, measured, quoted and measured again. Install went perfectly. No drama! Couldn't be more pleased.

Ordered a replacement panel for a piece of furniture and they got it done fairly quick and the fit was perfect

Nelson glass was so professional. I just moved to the area , they came out assessed my windows, had a quote for me the next day and it was well below other quotes I had been given. The job was seamless and done in about two weeks. There is nothing rude about this company, from office to the men that came out they were great. I highly recommend this company.

We recently had all of our windows done by Nelson Glass in our home. This being our first home and first time renovations/upgrades they were nothing but extremely helpful, efficient, and patient. The customer service was amazing and price super affordable. I recommend them 100%. Ty

AMAZING COMPANY! I've dealt with many industrial companies during my life, professionally and personally. This place ROCKS! My window broke in my home - decent sized window actually. Had to tape it up so it didn't fall to pieces on anyone, especially my son. Called 5 different places, spoke to 3 of 5, 2 of those 3 quoted my window the same but never followed up or "Asked for my Business" - didn't seem to care. However, Nelson Glass expressed interest in earning my business, and they're a LOCAL BUSINESS support local, people! - they quoted my window just under the other two, but followed up with emails and phone calls like any service business should do. They ordered my glass, called when it came in to schedule, their guys were here on time to install - very courteous and polite exceptionally polite, actually... they installed the window in record time, it was clean and free of handprints - everything matched the two adjacent windows perfectly, and they thanked me for the business. Not to say price is everything, but they even came in under their own quote when done... HOWEVER - I'd recommend them even if they were slightly more than competitors simply because I love being treated like a valued customer. Good Job, guys!

I had scheduled an appointment to get my shower measured for a glass surround. The tech came out and was very nice. He told me someone would call me in a day or two with a quote. Six days later I called to follow up as I had not heard from anyone. The receptionist was very helpful. She apologized and said that someone would contact me the next day. Two days later I called back because I had again not heard from anyone. Again the receptionist was very friendly and said the person I needed to speak to was on the phone and I would receive a call back from him when he was off. Five hours later I called back and canceled my quote. I was very frustrated with this process. It seems like a terrible way to do business.

Needed to replace a old shower. I had no idea how much. After I was quoted a price at an extremely reasonable price, I was almost sceptical. But, wow! The guys that came to install were courteous, professional, and listened to my wants and needs. I highly recommend them!

I dropped off a bedroom window for a home we were preparing to sell. I was told it would be ready to pick up in 4-6 business days. After about 12 business days I stopped waiting and called. They had no record of my order, although I had signed papers. The office staff tried to convince me that perhaps I dropped it off at a different glass company. I insisted that they look through their workshop and described the window. The found it with no notes or orders about it. No one had any idea whether it was in process and the glass had been ordered or not. They called back and let me know the glass would be in soon and they'd prioritize it. I reminded them that we were putting our house on the market in a matter of days. It still took another week for me to get a call that the glass was supposed to come in the next day Tuesday and they would put it in immediately and call me to pick it up. I was told on Tuesday that it was not ready. I called again on Thursday and was told that the glass was in and they would install it immediately for me. Immediately would have been as soon as the glass arrived... Here we are three weeks later - 19 business days as opposed to the 4-6 I was told. Things happen. Papers get shifted. People drop the ball for various reasons. The staff has been kind and friendly, but still this has delayed our process of putting our house on the market and cost us additional electric expenses to be cooling our home with a window missing for three weeks!
