Best Move Ever! Our move coordinator Rachel Johnson went above and beyond to ensure that our move went smoothly every step of the way. It was a difficult move, going from a large home, to storage and then into a smaller place. Rachel had the knowledge and insight to help us through a challenging process.

I have always relied on family/friends to assist with previous moves; however, since I was moving from a first-floor apartment to a two-story condo (which also happened to be on the second floor itself) no amount of pizza and beverages would have made me feel comfortable asking for unpaid help. So, I bit the bullet and started calling around for moving quotes. I spoke with several individuals who were quick to give me a quote and want to book the move without answering the million questions I had. Then I called Nelson Westerberg, Inc. From the initial phone call on the process was seamless! My representative, Cristin., was extremely thorough (not to mention patient) while providing the original quote. She took extra time to explain all my options and gave me a peace of mind. Her professionalism made me feel confident in the decision to use Nelson Westerberg, Inc. The day of she also went above and beyond to reach out the morning of when the random snow storm in April caused a (very short--- literally minutes) delay in arrival time. Upon the movers’ arrival, all came in and introduced themselves and made sure they knew exactly what the plan of attack was. To that Erick, Roy, and Jeison were efficient is an understatement. They were helpful, courteous and worked tirelessly. And they made the impossible occur when they could get a queen size box spring up narrow/turning staircase. They were patient, polite, and all around a PLEASURE to work with. This company saved me so much stress and I cannot thank them enough. I HIGHLY recommend Nelson Westerberg, Inc. They are true professionals and I will absolutely use this company again.

Moving is always a pain but Nelson Westerberg made everything smooth. They are clear with everything, estimates were clear and no surprises in the end. I am very particular to make sure there are no last minute surprises. Movers were awesome. They handled our stuff like their own. Very helpful and friendly! The timing of delivery was very clear from the beginning and we were fortunate that they were able to deliver in a great timing. Highly recommend this company!
