Michiko has 25 years of Neo-Tantra & Kundalini experience in NYC and around the world. Certified Kundalini Yoga instructor since 2004 and sexual tantra healer for 13 years.

Neo Tantra Training includes a lesson includes directing sexual & spiritual energy with frictional hand movements on various body points by hand and by exchanging energy through guided pelvic movements. These practices are for controlling sexual energy in order to feel the internal impact from holding the sexual force inward and letting it spring throughout your whole body in the form of a spiritual full body orgasm.

The first hour consists of kundalini yoga poses, breathing exercises and body stretches geared towards opening any mental and physical blocks, awakening the sexual libido and strengthening core Chakras. The second hour is a spiritual back massage with tantric chants to relax and heal the inner spirit. During the last hour, I guide your body with fingers and pelvic movements towards a Neo Tantra spiritual and full body orgasm experience.
