I Made an app months ago! After waiting 5 months for my app and having kidney pain! they called me 4 days prior to say the Dr. will not be in the clinic and they needed to cancel. She wanted to give me a last minute app for the same day! When I said I can't due to it being last minute I had no transportation the lady seemed annoyed! Then said she would call me because and I quote " She doesn't know what to do" Its been 2 weeks and no one ever called me to reschedule or anything. Very unprofessional!
Worse patient care I have ever seen. My husband is a cancer patient and needed kidney help / dialysis for several weeks....but when it came time for the port to get out of his neck and chest there has been NO COMMUNICATION from this drs. office. Dr. Chowdhury is horrible and doesn't return calls. Meanwhile over two weeks later my husband is still waiting to have this port removed. Infection / blood clots are an issued, but this Dr. doesn't seem to care. Phone calls go unanswered.
Dr. Burke took very good care of my mother. He was knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. During her last days, he even went to the hospital to evaluate her condition and called me personally with his findings. I highly recommend.
The staff is horrible to deal with and very unprofessional. I am an office manager and if any of my employees spoke to our patients the way their front desk has spoke to me, they would not be employed. They are miserable and there is a major lack of communication in this office. On multiple occasions I have had to call to follow up myself on lab work, testing, etc., waiting an extensive amount of time, only to never even receive returned calls. According to my treating physician here and my OB, I am supposed to be monitored every 4 weeks minimum but was told by the lovely lady insert sarcasm Linda “nothing we can do, he is scheduling 3 months out.” I am not new, I am an established patient. An appointment 3 months out is of no help to me as I am 32 weeks pregnant, high risk and supposed to be monitored closely until my scheduled delivery in 5 weeks. When I asked why I was told by the Dr to schedule these appointments if I wasn’t going to be able to be seen I was told “I don’t know what to tell you.” I have tried to leave messages for the doctor and even left messages for the secretary all which have gone unreturned. As someone who works in healthcare I am highly disappointed with their patient care and would not recommend wasting your time with this office.
I have CKD resulting from T2D and been under the care of Dr. William Dahms for several years. I could not be more appreciative of his care for me as he takes the time to explain things and collaborate in ongoing aftercare plans. My wife was so impressed with my progress under his care that she now sees him for her CKD care. So, for the record, WE find him to be an exceptionally competent and caring doctor and are fortunate to have him "quarterback" our team.
I can honestly say that I have never had a doctor like Dr. Zdunek. He genuinely cares for his patients, takes the time to talk about his diagnosis and what I need to do. He has personally called me not just someone in his office to talk to me over the phone about lab results, next steps, etc. I would highly recommend him!
There is an on-site lab for any/all patients to utilize. My visit was a regular appointment with Dr. Feroz Abubacker, my nephrologist. He's a caring doctor who is quite knowledgeable! I give him a 5-star rating!
Had a good first appointment with this place. They treat you like a patient explain things to you The place that I left nephrology consultants dr garg only saw you as a number and wanted your money. I would recommend this place or the place I couldn’t get into kidney care associates
Horrible doctor!!!! Treats patients for over 2 years and never shows up at hospital when a patient needs him in the hospital. He does not visit Christiana hospital. Not sure what he does. Just a horrible, horrible person!!!! A very inhuman doctor. I feel for anyone under his care.
I haven't been there yet but the answering service lady hung up on me 3 times for just asking a question..scary but km still hoping the office will be better than those rude bats
