I dropped my laptop down a flight of stairs. Oddly enough it didn't seem to work after that. I brought it to Josh and he replaced my hard drive with a solid state drive the same day. He kept my old drive and recovered as much information as he could. Josh was great to work with. Very professional, fast and affordable.
Need barn rocks. So kind and trustworthy which is something I worry about with tech stuff. I had a tough phone situation with no clear solution and josh was amazing and helped a ton with no appointment needed and no wait. Highly recommend!!!
I cannot say enough positive about Josh and his business. When I had a major data loss last summer, he not only tried to diagnose the problem, he also allowed me to work on the Mac in his office to download all the files I could recover that had been stored in the Cloud, even letting me stay working one night long after he himself had left for home. He is a decent, generous person--but also clearly incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at his trade. And his pricing is beyond reasonable. He will definitely be my go-to tech help person from now on, and I recommend his business very highly!

It was so convenient and he saw me right away problem fixed! Even got new protection software stuff right through him! It notifies me every time something accesses my camera. Highly recommend. Bestbuy was going to have me schedule out a week to see the geek squad and i had a zoom interview that day! Life saver, and he didn’t even mind i had my pup with me!

Friday afternoon, after driving 3 1/2 hours to Maine from Connecticut, I dropped my computer and got the power button stuck in the "pressed" position. My computer was unusable. I thought I would be without a computer for the time I'm in Maine. Called Nerd Barn at 5pm and they said to come in and they'd take a look, even though they closed at 6. The amazing person at Nerd Barn diagnosed and fixed my computer within 40 minutes. I can't say enough about how amazing they were, how thankful I am, and what a difference they made in what had been a very stressful day. Thank you for the amazing service and the quick repair! You more than exceeded my expectations!
