A Russian specialty market for Eastern Europeans. Everything looks fresh and some items can be a bit pricey depending on what you are looking for. It does get busy at certain times. The parking is awful and enough for them to provide valet. If you’re driving plan ahead but best if walking or via ride-share. There are a handful of locations in the area

I have been going to this Netcost for over 10 years while living here in America. However, since the store management changed the quality and customer service has greatly declined. Store manager Irakli is incompetent and lacks any skills when speaking to customers about their concerns. He is quick to dismiss any issues and ignores customers when they need help the most. It upsets me to say I will no longer step foot in this store as long as he is manager. Please fix this.

As a regular at Net Cost Market, I'm always impressed by the cashier service. For example, Andrii stands out the most because he is very polite, always helps with products, and makes checkout quick and pleasant. Great job!

This place has a lot of Polish/russian/Ukrainian food but unfortunately almost nothing organic with very unfriendly management. There is Zero customer service from the manager who is unfriendly without a single smile and has an unfriendly feeling that doesn’t make me want to come back. perhaps a very nice person if I met separately but there should be an effort from the manager to be welcoming to me as a customers, no matter what my nationality is. The security guard follows my wife and I around watching us which makes me feel like some kind of suspect, and we spend thousands of dollars a year here. They use to have a very nice big tall security guard who stood in the front but he is no longer there. The new security guard I see there since 11/23 follows people around like a watchdog and it’s extremely uncomfortable for us. Their bakery department: Some of the breads I have bought have been moldy and not fresh, as well as several of the sweet pastry items. Some cakes are old and tastes dry with cream on top. Horrible. It has been a very awkward and uncomfortable shopping experience for me. We have tried coming back at times to see if their management has improved but we just stopped spending our money here because it feels uncomfortable shopping at this place. What made me laugh was that there is a professional sounding response to my review below, but that probably comes from the corporate office so that perhaps they may sound like they care. The store is simply filled with unfriendly management and I would suggest they hire someone bilingual with a business management degree and extensive experience in customer relations ….. which would probably improved their profitability by hundreds of thousands of dollars/ or millions of dollars a year. It would improve their customer relations because there are so many wonderful multi cultural people living in the neighborhood who would appreciate feeling welcomed in a friendly way. The only improvement I’ve seen here is that their cashiers have indeed improved and cashiers began make a significant effort to be friendly recently.

I like Netcost Market. Fresh products, good selection and friendly staff. I was served by the cashier Maryna more than once - she was always very friendly, pleasant and competent.

I recently purchased a couple of products from this store, and I couldn’t be happier with my shopping experience. The product’s quality is excellent, exactly what I needed. Especially I appreciate the help of cashier Mariana who is a real professional! Highly recommended!

I always choose this store for shopping. I really like their Russian/Ukrainian products, good selection. If possible, I always try to get to the cashier Lika, I really like how quickly she works and neatly puts my purchases in a bag. She is very nice and smiling. Keep working at the same pace!

Cashier Natalia is always friendly and polite. Always ready to help if needed. If you came for fast and high-quality service, then you should go to her.

This is the worst store. Especially the employee named Irakli. Very rude, uneducated person!!! He himself does not know what position he holds and what his responsibilities are in general! I ask the Netcoast management to fire this Irakli for his incompetence!!! Let him learn to respect people and let him finally start working!!! If it were possible to put minus zero 0, I would gladly do so.
