We had a wonderful experience with Neubert Painting. The painter was always punctual, arrived when they said he would. He was very responsive to our needs..very kind to our animals, polite and eager to please. He went above and beyond to respond to our wishes. The job was perfect...we couldn’t have been more pleased. We’d hire them again in a heartbeat.

All work was well done, including needed carpentry. Only problem was an estimate amount by one person that was different from the estimate a second person claimed after the fact. Regardless, all work high quality.

I was an exterior painter and crew leader for Neubert. They take the job seriously and train employees with a series of performance based reviews. Since painters' salaries are tied to the quality of the work (per customer survey and manager inspection), the crew leaders are serious about customer satisfaction. If a painter is not performing well, they are not kept by the company. And if you are not satisfied, the company seriously honors their call-backs - they stress that customer satisfaction is the highest priority.

Emailed them 3 times to set up an appointment for estimate and never heard back.. took my business somewhere else
