Coffee is delicious, employees are thoughtful and knowledgeable. However it would be nice if the covered area around the corner was upgraded a little bit. Small shop that has outdoor sitting area. It has a neighborhood hangout kind of feel. Coffee that I had was... okay. I had Americano Initial taste was good, but it finished with a strange off-taste. Perhaps it was just an aberration. I will likely give the place another chance. Never say Never, I suppose. Sorry, I just could not resist. :

My favourite coffee amongst the many great options in Portland! I just can't get enough of the Oregon - *hops*, salt, and caramel in my latte. YES   Parking: Superlimited neighbourhood street parking. It&#39;s a pain.

The coffee is good, and they make it fast. It’s pricey, but worth it if you’re into craft coffee. The specialty drinks are unique and tasty. The staff is knowledgeable about the beans they offer.  I have mixed feelings on the vibe I get from the people working here. A lot of reviewers complain that the people here are rude. I wouldn’t call them rude, but I wouldn’t call them friendly either. I think the word I would use is “impersonal”.

Some of the most inventive lattes I’ve seen. Highly recommend trying the Hug spicy cacao, chilis, cinnamon and Holy Grail cherrywood smoked honey, sea salt, pepper

I was introduced to Never a few years ago by a friend when I visited Portland and instantly fell in love with it. Over the years I always come to visit this Belmont store whenever I was in Portland and always enjoyed it.  Over the course of the last several months when I call this city home, Never isn't the coffee shop that I went to the most, but it's surely the one I will miss and always come back to. It's creative, fun, delicious, their five-color visuals and excellent special flavor coffee NEVER fail to make my day.  One more thing I have taken note of: their special latte has been the same price since 2017, even through this pandemic. My last three photos were taken during my 2017 and 2018 visits. When I think about how most places have significantly raised their price in the past few years, I sure appreciate this.

Awesome coffee, my family ships it to me in CA. Finally got to visit right before close, no line. Had an amazingly sweet cappuccino - coffee was so fresh! Location is small but has nice character and design. I’ll be back.

Beautiful aesthetic and great coffee but not the best customer service every time  I’ve gone. Tons of great coffee shops in Portland, customer connection is key to get returning customers. This one might not be it.

Holy smokes! Never has been my favorite coffee in the city for a long time but i recently started going regularly on mondays/tuesdays and i have had the sweetest interactions with the staff there, especially with bri and eddie—big shout out to those sweeties : They also make the coffee THE best imo and have the coolest music on whenever i go. I love trying the new lattes there and hitting up movie madness after, parking is way easier than downtown location too. I have a fave lil routine now, thanks yall &lt;3
