The ladies here did such an amazing job. I got a pedi and a gel manicure and it was top notch. Included in your service is a free 5ish minutes shoulder massage. The salon was clean and tidy and they were taking all precautions for sanitation. This has been my favorite salon in NYC so far.
i have been going here for five years for my fill ins and gel manis. it’s the best. vicky is my girl and can do any shape expertly. they also never break so i often push a month between appointments. i’m always happy after my apple blossom appointments!
This place charged me 340 dollars on three mani and one pedi for basic nails. The service was bad and I think I saw a dead family of cockroach in the corner.
Have been a client at New Apple since it's grand opening many years ago. Wonderful staff and management. Pleasant space. Currently "Covid correct" with all required protective measures in place. There are 6 or 7 nail spas on 1st Ave between 48th and 54th. This one is the best!
First time here. They charged $30 for a 10 minute pedicure. I think like others mentioned they are selective in who they want to serve well. They probably assumed we are tourists and didn’t care for our loyalty.
I am not a big fan of NYC Asian nail spas, so my opinion is tainted. They are clean, there is a huge selection of colors and services, and the price is average. But I have 4 unsatisfying experiences for each good one. Either I don't like the shape of my nails, or the finishing of the polish, or the back rub that I usually add on.
Avoid at all coast! Beyond racist and subjective service based on skin color, amount of jewelery one is wearing, and brand of handbag you’re carrying. However, if you’re white Caucasian, you’re set! They will serve you immediately!
