New Balance Factory Store

Conveniently located in jersey garden mall. When you have big queues in Nike and adidas, you still have New Balance : yeah .. both Nike and adidas is always crowded and takes 30 mins to get in. First time to NB showroom and I liked it . Very nice and helpful staff . Service is normally very average in many other shops in this mall, but NB was good. Nice selection of shoes. Picked up few shoes and it felt comfortable. Mostly 30-40% off .. Will surely visit again.

OMG got myself the most comfortable pair of NB walking shoes on the face of the Earth, I put in about 15,000 steps a day at work as a Personal Shopper, so a good pair of shoes is a must - and they were 40% off - Josh was very helpful, with his help I discovered a 7.5w would do me just fine. Thanx Josh

The prices are the same as any other stores. They have only one white cross training for men. They asked me if I wanted another pair, for 50 percent off. I could not find my size and the pair that I wanted, where not there in my size.i drove a long way and I where disappointed with there high prices. I though that being a outlet store, there would be better selection and priced.

I'm so glad I made it to the NB Outlet. I have been suffering with very sore feet for sometime, my Podiatrist highly recommended New Balance sneakers. I was greeted nicely by Dwyane/Herman and he put me on the size sensor which determined I've been wearing the wrong size shoes for years!! In the week since I made my purchase my feet are feeling so much better I've gone from dreading ever step to thinking about running again! Amanda was also extremely helpful and nice. God bless you all. You changed my life !

Amazing staff!! Very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and patient! Omar helped take measurements and find picky teenager the perfect sneakers. Another staff member helped my son, and was able to recommend shoes for his specific needs. At least another 2 staff members checked in on us to make sure we were finding what we needed. Great store!

Clean staff qas helpful and nice, most od my sneakers are NB because I feel it gibe give my feet better support.

We had terrific service from Dwayne. Very patient and knowledgeable. Helped my wife select the best sneaker for Plantar Fasciitis!!!

Poor place it's like shoping in jail ,they looking at you from the time your walk in,let people shop in peace, if your count those who walk in ,it's the same people walking out.
