I’ve had several hydra-facials by Amie and I couldn’t be more pleased. She is both warm and professional. She wants to know about your skin concerns and is helpful in creating a routine that you can stick to (I’m pretty low maintenance and she didn’t try to pile on a list of products). Best of all, the results are amazing and lasting. My skin looks clearer and more polished than ever- so much so that I don’t feel like I need to wear make up every day. Worth every penny.

Best results from a facial EVER! My skin looks amazing and I had a wonderful experience at NBW. To start, the facility is state of the art and beautiful. You walk in to a water feature and a playground of high end beauty products. Kate at the front desk is wonderful and is quick to greet and usher you upstairs to the powder room area to prep for your service. Jennifer, my esthetician, was highly knowledgeable and had a completely custom approach to dealing with any skin concerns I had. This is NOT a one-size-fits-all treatment spa which made my experience here particularly refreshing. The equipment and products this business uses are top of the line and carefully curated. Jennifer is a true expert and it showed with the results she achieved. Can't wait for my next appointment with Jennifer and experience at NBW!

Highly recommend NBW! Not only is this the most beautiful spa, the staff is so warm and friendly they make you feel right at home. From the moment I had my first facial with Jennifer I immediately saw results and my skin had never looked better! She is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and understanding toward your needs. The best!

Great experience. Ease of booking appointment, on my 2nd visit they even went out of their way to call my therapist to see if she can come in on day off, which she did!! beautiful spa, relaxing waiting room (falling asleep i was so cozy). Everybody is so friendly, highly recommend!

Recently tried out NBW for a massage and facial and LOVED it! I truly left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. Stephanie was very thorough and attentive to my sensitive skin needs. Will definitely be returning soon to try out some more of their treatment options.
