Wonderful company!  We tried working with Comfort Medical for catheter supplies and it was terrible. They tried to charge $5,040 and make like they were not in network with our insurance company. In fact they were in network and were ultimately paid the contracted price of $940!  Next time we ordered we waited 2 weeks and never got the catheters. They admitted our order was never processed and again tried to say they were not in network with our insurance which was a total lie. We called New Britain Medical Supplies LLC and they were very accommodating and sent the supplies right way. I love supporting a local Connecticut supplier that cares about their customers!
