All white meat General Tso's chicken is really good. Fair prices and convenient location. The best take out Chinese in Martinsburg.

Awesome food..... I go there every week at least 3 times a week.... The service is great the cashier girl is sweet and the cook's are on point with what they do.... Fast and neat... Price of food is OK and the meal is a healthy plate..... Just great thanks New China....

On two separate occasions, we placed an order and had a delivery time greater than one hour. The first time that we had an extended delivery time, the driver forgot to deliver our meal, went back to the restaurant, and then had to return to our house. When you call the restaurant to speak to some sort of management and express your concerns about the fact that it takes over an hour and 10 minutes to deliver a meal for miles they are less than apologetic and just say that they will be there soon. The food is great, if it ever arrives.

Wow is all I can say! Called in, ordering was eaay. Food got here in about 30 minutes. The egg roll is perfect, i can taste fresh cabbage, best I have ever had. The crab rangoon is not like anywhere else. I love the techique and with the sauce they are amazing!! I haven't even tried the entrees yet and yet felt to write a review. Very impressive.

Very fast tonight! They told us 30-45 mins and got here in about 15mins. We ordered crab ragoon, fried dumplings, and general tsos. Everything was hot fresh and super good. The price was a little higher than expected but one of the few places that deliver and that are good in the area. We have tried this place a few years ago and were not happy. If you are thinking about this place it is worth a try they have turned it around and it is excellent!!
