These guys are great! William worked very hard for us to get me into my vehicle the same day. He answered all of my questions and communicated everything clearly. Very honest dealership with fair prices.
My experience during the 20k service on Wednesday, 4/24, was highly disappointing. The treatment I received was disrespectful and based on the assumption that I lacked knowledge because of my age and gender. They falsely claimed my car had mice and tried to upsell me a $350 HVAC cleaning and a new engine filter, which was barely dirty. Furthermore, they failed to top off my low coolant and other fluids. I replaced the cabin air filter myself, which was genuinely necessary. I expect the manager to promptly address these issues by providing a complimentary replacement of the engine filter and ensuring all fluids are topped off. Despite trusting Westport Toyota to carry out the correct service, they failed on all counts and attempted to deceive me, despite my automotive knowledge. After waiting for more than an hour, I received a hastily made video with poor audio quality, making it difficult to understand what the technician was trying to communicate. The video failed to accurately show the alleged issues in my vehicle.
I am so glad I stopped by this dealership after being so close to giving up on looking for a car. They had an amazing 2021 Venza Limited on the lot, exactly what I was looking for, in better condition and less miles than anywhere else in the country. Michelle in sales was amazing to work with, she had the car ready for me which I truly appreciated after driving across the country. The whole process was quick and easy, and I was back on the road in no time. Michelle was extremely personable, knowledgeable and professional. I left the dealership feeling like I had made a new friend. Highly recommend asking for her! Thank you thank you!
SHAME ON YOU!!! TERRIBLE customer service, very unhappy the way they dealt with me after I found a mouse nest under the hood Fire Hazard a few hours after I purchased it. The cabin air filter was filthy, but says it was changed not only in the Carfax but the dealerships checklist says they changed it as well as the service manager, after showing it, dirty one to him, denying the fact it wasn’t changed which is against the law. After they pretended to check the car out I proved that that it was full of crud like them they wouldn’t acknowledge that they were wrong, and wouldn’t even give me a new $20 filter. I was treated very unfairly especially by the Sales manager the service manager and salesman after promising they would treat me fairly. They didn’t take care of me They LIED on the CarFax report and to me. I would AVOID the dealership altogether

Wow, I used to have good experiences here, but yesterday was awful regarding customer service. I was told one thing on the phone, then when I came in for my appointment, was told that I was told wrong, sorry! Of course it had to do with me paying more. But the attitude of the service representative was just plain rude. The managers were no better - also dismissive, definitely felt like no one there cared about the customer. So I sat there a long two hours for I hope an oil change but left not even sure anything was done to my car. Another issue I’d mentioned was ignored. Overall, it was bad enough to make me think my next car may be a different make. And I have been a loyal Toyota customer for many, many years. Both of my cars are Toyotas. Really disappointing.
Bought a RAV4 from them and worked with Elie. After going over my expectations, he was able to offer me the best deal right off the bat, beating what three other local dealerships had offered me after some back and forth for the exact same model/specs of my Rav. No aggressive sales tactics or "dealership adjustments", and we had a deal in under 30 minutes. He and the rest of the staff were very professional and I probably got the best dealership experience I've ever had with Toyota.
What a pleasure dealing with the folks at Toyota of Westport. My 4Runner lease was up and I wanted a 4Runner TRD Pro. They are in high demand and the one I wanted could not be found. The General manager, Rob Serrano worked for days to find me the truck and ordered one. It came in a few days ago and I went down to pick it up. I expected to spend the afternoon there. I was wrong, it to less time than food shopping. Rob, MIchelle in sales, and Dave in finance had me out of there in just under an hour. And they were a pleasure to do business with, very nice people. I got a great deal on maintenance and warranty and I even got some TRD swag. If you are buying a Toyota, I highly recommend Toyota of Westport. Thank you for making it so easy, the new truck is awesome ! Thank you Rob, Michelle, and David.
Buying the car was a fine experience……but once the car was delivered they seemed to disappear. They had not shown me the remote car starting feature so a couple hours after delivering the car I called. Was told they would send me a video on how to start it as well as they would send info on how to sign up for an app to start the car from my phone - neither of those things happened. Today got a text asking if i had any questions to text - I did - no response to my question - so my take is that once u buy the car, the customer service experience ends
Matt and Rodger took really good care of me. I arrived on a day where an accident on 95 made some of the staff late but it did not effort my service. They were very professional and Matt even listened and was concerned when I mentioned by recent illness. I love the video they send letting you see what is being done to your car. I had a cup of tea and they came in and let me know what needed to be done. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.
