Yes, a joke. Andover office. If you want orders wrong, rude behavior by the receptionists, charges for orders never made, you'll like this place. First pair of glasses were measured incorrectly. Glasses 'fitter' copped an attitude when I showed him why. BTW, he was fired after my complaint was the n-th complaint about him. Took me 6 months to get a refund for a different order that was never placed (and I was refunded LESS than the original phantom charge). When you show up, the receptionist will probably be chatting with friends on the phone so you'll need to wait for that conversation to finish. Double check your order! If anyone cops an attitude, call the NH main office and tell them.

Wonderful staff and wonderful doctors. They have helped my son so much . I love them for myself as well . Highly recommend if you have a child with vision problems and can't find a good doctor. You will find a wonderful one here to help your child get the best care possible .

Dr Adam Beck has the great service at his office.

It looks like I'm not the only one who thinks Dr Beck is a horrible person. As previous reviews stated he is a condescending and unprofessional man. He made my wife, son and I very uncomfortable. I returned to speak with him one on one as a man and he "was busy."
