Proffesional. They are a great group to work with. They care about theirs boats and don't harass you in any way. Just bought a used boat from them and can't wait to put it on the water. The fiberglass group they work with is fantastic and the group here is willing to work with you. I definitely see myself getting my next boat from them down the road.

Let me start by saying 5 stars is not high enough to rate NEFWM. If you have done any research on the MasterCraft Brand, you will have seen It's Motto is "Held to a Higher Standard". This is what you get with both the product and the people at NEFWM. Jay and Bill hold themselves to a "Higher Standard" for customer service. Not only do these two gentlemen answer the phone when you call (something that seems to have disappeared in todays business world) then they will spend as much time as needed with you on the phone or in person to help with your purchase, or trouble shot an issue that you're experiencing. The MasterCraft Brand speaks for itself. However, if you are considering other Water Sports Boat brands or dealerships, then the customer service and fair honest pricing you receive from NEFWM is what should convince you to go with them.

was dealing with another mastercraft dealer but they kept me waiting, and were just somewhat rude. They also gouged me on the pricing. Called NEFWM and they were quick and easy, and had competitive pricing. Will definitely be dealing with them in the future for any parts for my boat. Thanks guys!

Always there for me! informative and great! Its so nice to pick up a phone and talk to an educated human! The time came when I needed to bring my boat to them, It was July and time could not have been worse! They got to it as quick as they could and did a great job with all that needed to be done. I leave one star open so that when they get 10 mechanics and 100 spot indoor heated storage space, I will have one left. lol Great guys. If you care about your tow boat. This is the spot!
