New Era Laundry

If u need to wash dont depend on the workers to let you in according to their schedule listed. I have spent hundreds of dollars washing here for over about 8 yrs. Tonight I arrived at 8:50pm Last wash is at 9pm They close at 11pm The little old Hispanic lady knows us and locks the door and tells us sorry we are closed its 9pm by this time the clock on the wall says 8:55pm

I go here all the time best place in the area by far clean facilities and lots of machines for everyone. You paid for the washer and get the drys for free it balances price wise and your clothes get clean as opposed to other laundrymats i have gone to in the area. The owner is also really nice welcomes everyone with a smile and tries to have a conversation with everyone.

Horribly unprofessional. Ignorance at it's most blatant. The hours of operation online were different from those posted on the door, arrived well within time and was outright denied service. Have never been before and will certainly never return. Wish them all the worst.

This place is great, my first time here John explained everything to me, the laundry cards are a really great idea also convenient! I won’t do my laundry anywhere else!

The machines sucks NEVER HAVE HOT WATER some machines got stuck in one cycle. The first cycle last 3 minutes and after that you pour detergent it will be drain, so you will "wash" your clothing without any detergent. Ppl had complain with owner several times including me, but it seems he is careless about his machines. Is a shame is my last time inbthis laundry. The free dryer is only a scam.
