New Era rep assisted me with my hot water heater was so amazing and she communicated I wish I remembered her name tho. It was a Friday rep came out and diagnosed my hot water heater said needs to be replaced so she had to get approval for me. The tech was here Saturday morning and replaced unit and had hot water again in 3 days was so nice. I honestly didn't best results with New Era but this rep is someone I haven't talk to before nor sure if she is new but I love her business and communication with the process and even checked on me Monday morning when they were back in office. Thank you and God bless you Love very grateful for you!
