Rented a Budget cargo van with 10' clearance at New Haven. I was making a one-way trip north, and had Matt help me check out. I had already booked the van and thought I had everything setup going in. We discussed rental insurance, trip logistics, and vehicle precautions. Matt was helpful and professional, got me an insurance plan that fit my needs credit card apparently didn't cover open-cargo bed vehicles, and gave me some invaluable information. Using New Haven as the pick-up location was a positive experience for me.

Awesome customer service. Easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend them over their competitors in the DMV area.

Please teach your company van drivers ,how to drive respectfully this happened today at dogwood rd Gwyn oaks i believe,around 12:41 pm . We all have some where to get too . I'm trying to make it back home to my 4 kids . not a hospital bc of some one rushing. perhaps his rout is too much work .

Helpful and knowledgeable staff explained options, and my order was quickly and efficiently prepared and moved from loading dock to my car. Please note that Google Maps takes you to the wrong side of this warehouse complex. Instead of making the left turn in front of the office building that Maps tells you to make, keep going straight, and New Haven is just after the social security office entrance.

I picked up 204 furniture pads this morning. The owner was there and could not have been more helpful. I know that saying is way overused... But really... Could not have been more helpful! He went way beyond what anyone should be expected to do. Even helped me with something that was totally unrelated to the furniture pads. I promise if I am ever in this area again and need moving supplies for a load that I’m doing I WILL be back. Thank you so much

Just feew items, no prices on... you have to ask every time about every item some guys that look busy on their desks. Handful of stuff ... waisted my time They are rude in the back... they just put your stuff out and they don't care...

I've been renting their Escalara stairclimber for over 5 years now. There's not a better staff, better company, or better stairclimber in the entire area. Just FYI for those who are in need of a Stairclimber.
