Had a dent in the rear bumper of my nearly new mercedes after a disagreement with a small wooden post. I left the car for 3 days and cannot speak too highly of their service, price and quality of workmanship. They have done a fantastic job at a price some 50% below what others quoted.

Repaired a medium sized dent in my off side passenger door. New Image were very quick to book it in and did a superb job in just 3 days. No sign of the damage and they polished the whole car until it was absolutely gleaming. Definitely recommend them.

I don't usually write reviews but these guys have given me excellent service with really good pricing for 3 times now, including wheel repair, tinting, and recently repainting the front of my car to remove stone chips. The results have been great every time -  the repairs have been seamless and they're genuinely nice people to work with. So yeah I'd recommend these guys, and will definitely use them in the future!

These guys have just worked a miracle on my formally very tired looking Mercedes. Not cheap, but very reasonably priced for what was a major job and the results were worth every penny. Nice friendly bunch to do business with as well. I can honestly recommend them.

I was unfortunate enough to damage the door on my Audi A5 over the Christmas period. Having moved away from Norwich for the last four years, I seekers my fathers advise on where to take the car to get it repaired and he suggested I go here, as it’s where he takes his cars.  On arrival the staff were so friendly and incredibly helpful. I left the car with them and they said they would see what they could do. It was raining so they offered me an umbrella to take in to the city with me to stop myself and my girlfriend getting wet.  Unfortunately, they could not repair the damage there and then due to the size of the dent but did give me all the information I needed on where to take it to get it done. They also touched up all of the damage, free of charge so the damage no longer looks anywhere near as bad.  Amazing customer service and great, honest people. Won’t try and charge you stupid prices and take your money!

Fantastic results. The New image special is the best money I've ever spent on my car. It looked newer than when it was new. Highly recommended. I now take both my cars there every year

These guys are very good!.. although I only had a small scratch and dent, they were quick, professional and did a great job. I definately reccomend them! Top job. Jase
