I called NJ Computer Guys at 10:00 am on a Sunday.  Roman answered my call, explained the various possibilities (from no big deal to big problems) that would happen with my computer based off of what I told him over the phone.  It was in his hands 20 minutes after that and he had it fixed within the hour.

The fact that he was open for business on a Sunday and took care of things so quickly and competently was wonderful to see.

His price was reasonable and I'd go here now for pretty much any computer issue that I have.
