Dr. Jeffrey Kornitzer is absolutely wonderful! He identified things in my daughter that no other doctor has payed attention to. He took his time to talk to my daughter and I, and explained everything thoroughly. Overall, the entire staff is welcoming, warm, professional, and highly thorough. My daughter arrived nervous and left happy. Thank you to the entire staff!

This is one of the best experiences in the doctors office that I ever had. The Doctor Ginart, was kind, knowledgeable and sweet, the nurses are just amazing. Haly took the blood test and my daughter for the first time didn’t cry. What an amazing doctor’s office.

“I recently visited this health institution with my son, where we had an appointment with Nurse Practitioner Susan. Having had positive experiences in the past, this particular visit was notably disappointing. Despite having private insurance, which comes with a significant cost, the service we received felt far from the standard we expected. Susan was late to the appointment and had technical issues with her software. I was empathetic, understanding such challenges from my own extensive experience as a business owner. However, Susan’s approach during our session was rushed and dismissive. She made us feel as if the time constraints were our fault, diminishing the value of the appointment we paid for. When presenting a swift diagnosis for my son, she cited our limited discussion as the basis, despite not allowing enough time to thoroughly understand his behavior. My son, a bright and socially adept six-year-old, was hastily diagnosed with multiple conditions, including ADD. This was alarming, as he exhibits no aggressive behavior at home and his school issues are typical for his age. As someone deeply involved in my children’s education, this seemed like an overreaction, potentially leading to unnecessary medicalization. In my 25 years of entrepreneurship, prioritizing customer service has been key to my success. The lack of professionalism and empathy we experienced from Susan was starkly contrary to these principles. It’s not about monetary compensation; it’s about the responsibility and quality of care in the healthcare system. Professionals like Susan should offer services reflective of the significant costs paid by patients, not treat them with indifference. This experience underscores the need for a healthcare system that truly values and understands its patients.”

The lady’s that works there are wonderful women pleasant and friendly easy to talk and very nice to with the children. My son in particular is very upset to go to the doctor, but going there he feels good about it.

Wow a real frustration, we didn't get the luxury of meeting the doctor so I can say only in regard to the office and policies: We had appointment in their Hackensack office, never met any doctor and was requested to pay high cost ~$4000 out of pocket that we couldn't afford obviously which they didn't seem to care. check their fees before starting the process, it will save you the frustration I experienced. and couldn't finish the process due to that.
