The customer service is horrendous. They do half the job and require you to call them to come out and fix it just to charge you again and again.... stay away

New Jersey Solutions has provided excellent service from the moment we contacted them. Staff is very knowledgeable and always available. Service calls are attended to in a prompt manner. The techs are professional and take the time to explain any issues. I highly recommend them!

Great when your buying. Gives you what you need at a good price. As far as the customer service when you need help or have a problem after you buy.. it’s nonexistent.
