The team at Rox Jewelers did a wonderful job turning my prized possession, a pair of Jedi spinels, into earrings. The earrings are secure and sturdy without getting in the way of the natural beauty of the stones. The value for the settings, the labor, and appraisals was excellent. The turnaround on the work was so quick. Their customer service and knowledge is top-notch. I trust them to take my most valuable possessions and turn them into wearable works of art. I’m a guy. My wife gave me an engagement ring — she’s special that way — which I wore until our 10th anniversary, when she gave me another ring. I ran across the older ring one day after about 30 years and decided I wanted to start wearing it again. Rox Jewelers expertly downsized it to a pinky ring, and now I get to wear it every day. I had a vintage hand knotted coral necklace repaired beautifully and quickly but the absolute star of the show was the repair work done on my heirloom opal ring. The opal had come out and the gold was worn thin. Roxy’s jeweler rebuilt the bezel and made the ring look new! Love knowing there’s a local shop I can trust.

This has the be the best small business jewelry shop in Atlanta! If you love jewels that sparkle and catch your eye you’d love coming in here weekly. Rakhi, Jen, and Hannah are amazing boss women who make you feel like family when you walk in and are great at helping find the perfect pieces for you that sparkle and shine. I recently bought a pair of gold earrings and Jen helped me customize them by adding a tiny diamond on the end of them and I’m obsessed! Highly recommend stopping in as they have new collections all the time!

I have had 3 custom pieces designed and made here, along with a variety of repairs and regular purchases for myself and my daughters. Honestly, these guys could teach a master class on service and value. It’s what most every retail, regardless of the product, wishes they could be. They are a perfect fit for our neighborhood in that their pieces are high quality and tasteful; and the staff is a joy to interact with. Everything feels personal- in the best way, which is their secret sauce. A wonderful experience just to stop in and browse.

The staff at Rox are so friendly and knowledgeable! I had to have a ring resized and they finished it in less than a week! Communication was stellar as well, I received a text message letting me know that I would be contacted when my jewelry was ready and a few days later received another text, letting me know that it was ready for pick up.
