They are prompt, professional, friendly and, on the rare occasion that I have any issues, they provide fast solutions! The New Merkel crew is by far the best at what they do and I recommend without hesitation.

Baird has helped me on various difficult projects over the past 20 years. He has a wide range of skills in various IT settings, and can likely solve most problems. He is also fast, efficient, very fairly priced, and a pleasure to be around! :)

We worked with Baird Castleberry at New Merkel Consulting to develop and build our new website. It was a complicated order for Baird as we were combining three old website's with a multitude of functional needs, into one website, and the navigational structure would be a challenge. He listened carefully and found solutions for all of our issues, and built a beautifully functional site. We've received many accolades for the ease of navigation and the site's clean, modern design. I would highly recommend working with New Merkel - especially Baird. He was very responsive and helpful from start to finish.
