If I didn't have to go to this place I would avoid it. The service is absolutely horrible. I politely asked when would I get help and the girl responded "we're busy. We aren't just here doing nothing". I understand you are busy but you don't have to be rude about it. Waited for 2.5 hours. No help.

I worked on the property here and can say the staff is professional and willing to help. The building upkeep is awesome and they really do care.

The service could be better . especially around quitting time.

They seam so oblivious to the fact that they are working. You walk in and ask how long is the wait. They just reply with " It's a long wait. I need time that it will take.Then I don't even know why the 5 people at the window are there they never help anyone, just collecting a check.
