New Mexico Human Services Department

Sabes "tajuáras"? That's what they all are. They all lack customer service skills and don't know how to speak proper Spanish or English. Who hires these losers? Like some have stated, they yell your business with everyone. Unethical.

Didnt like how all people attend there in front desk have to pretty much yell your business out infront of everyone, inside for interview same thing more people around no privacy whats oh ever. Now i do everything online but when it comes to interview through phone i put around a certain time i am able to talk and they call when ever they want and i cant answer so i miss it. Ugh this office just needs to get together.

I was waiting in the lobby and a couple walked in one who was in a wheel chair, I'm so upset about this that couple was treated unfairly. The couple was extremely embarresed !!!! The lady who worked the front desk interviewed them and treated them like dirt. And in front of everybody in the office lobby she did the interview!! I could hear everything from social security numbers how much money they get and when they lived. That lady put that young couple in danger of loosing there identity , or possibly getting enjured. She should have taken them in a private area.. It was pretty obvious they needed help the young man was in a wheel chair had a feeding tube, a vent for breathing, a suction machine, and a trach!!!! She didn't treat this couple fairly at all . I sat in my chair just shaking my head , I felt bad for that couple. I even heard they were cutting there food stamps in half. To much information . I'm going to write a letter to Sante Fe, they should hire more educated people to work in Anthomy Nm Income Support services

The people who work there are super rude the wait time on the phone and in the office is ridiculous I don't understand why they have 10 people behind the counter and no-one is helping
