New Mexico Legal Aid

I understand that they could not help me with my case, but the woman on the phone was extremely rude, insensitive and didn't even offer any referrals and claimed that there were none for my type of case. I work at a non profit clinic and referral are the bread and butter for how we can help people beyond our scope of services. I am very sad that this is the only place that might be able to help some, and even then, the attitude of the person, the first point of contact, is not encouraging at all.
