Yvette did a really nice job with our conference. On-site she seemed to be everywhere and got a LOT of shots of just about everything happened. There definitely was no sitting around and relaxing for her. And I was very pleasantly surprised when I got the final library of photos. First, it came quickly - within less than a week of our event wrapping up. Secondly, there were over 1,000 pictures from our conference and the quality was good to excellent. Her pricing was reasonable and I'd absolutely use her again. Well done and thank you!
Our photographer cancelled on us the Sunday prior to our event and recommended Yvette with New Orleans Event Photography. I am so grateful for the recommendation, Yvette not only rescued us by agreeing to the shoot, but arrived early, knew everyone's names and was very personable and professional. Yvette exceeded our expectations not only taking our requested pictures, she also took candid photos and additional photos that were unexpected. She has a keen eye , can always find a great vantage point and can work well with any age range from children to seniors to get them to smile and stand in the best positions. She is quiet and blends in so you do not even realize that she is there. Yvette delivered everything as promised and all pictures were great. I have no hesitation in recommending New Orleans Event Photography and would use them again for our next event. She is an amazing lady and a brilliant photographer and it was a pleasure to be able to work with her.

AMAZING! How do I give 10 stars? My team hired Yvette Pontheir of New Orleans Event Photography to photograph a 3 day corporate event. We opted for 2 days of photography and her "green screen" selfie station. The price was reasonable and fair and I was delighted to have the contract signed. Why Yvette from the three finalists chosen for the contract? Quite simply, I found her images stunning! Once onsite Yvette and her team were prompt, professional, communicative, and they worked constantly! They were not a passive "let's see who comes up to us for a photograph" team, they were engaging and fun! They reached out to my event attendees about 380 and made them smile, feel comfortable, and enjoy having photographs taken. My attendees LOVED Yvette and her team and yours will, too! Yvette's "eye" for composition is awe-inspiring. She captured the depth and breadth of breathtaking rooms while sharing the human element and emotion of the moment with each photo. The photos are the absolute best I have yet seen in 5 years of executing on a particular event. She captured action shots of attendees laughing and sharing cards around a table, my guests focused on and reacting to keynote speakers, and many groups of attendees happily smiling and posing together for group photos. Yvette and New Orleans Event Photography knocked it out of the park. When she smiled broadly and said, "I travel," I immediately started the math calculations to determine how many Delta points I needed to bring her to my next event. The selfie station/photo booth was a HUGE hit all throughout the 3 day conference. A guest could choose from multiple New Orleans themed backgrounds and there were a ton of fun props, from feather boas and hats to famous street signs for the guests to add to their photo. Best of all, the attendees had a full-color, New Orleans themed photo memory to take home in their carry-on. Yvette and team went ABOVE and BEYOND expectations. When a high level executive asked about new professional headshots, Yvette grabbed her camera, positioned the exec in great lighting, and snapped several shots. She did this multiple times for guests even though we did not have portrait photography on our contract. The value that Yvette and team bring to your event or special occasion is PHENOMENAL. 10 stars and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Yvette and her team are true professionals! We used NOEP for our fundraising gala and they were able to perfectly capture the festivities of the night. Pictures were delivered promptly after the event, and all of our guests have had wonderful things to say! We will be working with NOEP next year!
