This branch is where I always call in order to obtain any loans although I go in to the Slidell Branch for in person banking business because I live in Gulfport, Ms. Firemen’s Federal has always been cordial and efficient to me. The people I have worked with have been knowledgeable and attentive. I have borrowed money to repair my home and I financed my car through Firemen’s Federal. I believe I've been a member since circa 2008. I just wish they had a branch here in Gulfport, Keesler Federal, Navy Federal and Gulf Coast Community Federal could use the competition.
I applied for a car loan. The process was quick and easy but it would have been nice if the loan officer would have come down to meet me in person when I picked up my checks for the dealership instead of having an employee in the lobby go upstairs to get it.
Metairie branch along with Mid City and Slidell branches all offer excellent customer service. In addition the service I get on the phone is also excellent. I have even worked with staff at the Gulfport Branch. In person or via Telephone the service is 5++ stars. Thank you!

Love the way the employee here at Fireman Federal Credit union go out there way to make it happen. They are the best
Years ago, it was great. Now it's just employees who could care less and get every single transaction wrong, always a hassle to do anything, the app absolutely sucks don't even get me started, parking sucks, it's always so hot in there it reeks, etc. I've literally had to go open accounts at other banks because their cards don't work on some sites/ apps. Disappointing
Amy R was so helpful! I noticed fraudulent charges pending on my account and was able to block my and my husband's debit cards. Amy made the whole ordeal as easy as possible. She's always so helpful and knowledgeable. What an asset to NOFFCU and the members!
I would give 0 stars if I could. I have called repeatedly to have a $10.00 monthly "incorrect address fee" taken off of my account.. I have NEVER moved. Sheeka continues to tell me that they have to charge me this.. MAKES ZERO sense. They do not help. Then doesn't transfer me to anyone else or answer the phone when I call back. This place is a scam. Do not use!
I've never had an issue with any of my loans but member services has been a nightmare to deal with. If you plan you move out of state and keep your account don't waste your time. They make it extremely inconvenient to take care of your banking business. I called the call center and received horrible customer service. I also received three different answers to one question.
