They Make Sure Everything Has Been Taken Care of in a Timely Manner. New West is the Very Best Management Company I Have Ever Been With.

Been with them for almost 6 years. The service is top notch. When we needed repairs they didn't hesitate... The ONLY thing I would wish they did a little more, Was contested frivolous HOA violations.

I've worked well with this company for 5 years. I've been an excellent tenant and they have acknowledged that. They've always been attentive. I am hoping my water/grass issue gets addressed soon.

The selection of their properties certainly supports their continued business, but requesting assistance was often very difficult and frustrating when you have a good relationship with the actual property owner. Failure to follow up and lack of communication supported various concerns of continuing business with the organization.

New West Property Management runs a very professional full service program. I’m a CPA/Realtor and have always managed my own rentals. This is my first experience as an absentee landlord. I purchased three single family homes in Henderson in 2020 without setting foot in Nevada. New West handled everything: Taking possession, updating, leasing and the ongoing management. They even handled the complete re-piping of one property. Their record keeping and communications are excellent. They provide comprehensive monthly and annual reports, 24/7 online access to all my property records, and they always respond promptly! My experience with New West has me considering professional management for my local properties.

We had to deal with a horrible management company before working with New West, and if people have a hard time with New West, they have no idea what other management companies are like.

New West has been managing my property for over 10 years. They have been great at taking care of both the house and the yard. When tenants move out I have had new tenants within 30 days every time. I have had a couple of major repairs over the years that needed taken care of and their contractors have done them in a timely manner. We have had a few alerts from the HOA and I just let New West know what needed to be done and they would take care of it. If you need a good management company New West would be a great one for you.
