In Dec 2016 I walked in and put a $70 order which needs to be done by  2016. The order has never been done so I asked for a refund in Jan 2017. In March they called me back and said they'll send me a check of the refund. Now it's end of March, 2018 and I still don't get it. Sent them 3 more emails but never got replied again.

Simply the worst thing a business can do to a customer.

I made an appointment to meet with Paige and she was an amazing person. I wanted to email her and thank her. Hopefully she will see this instead. She sat with me for an hour and really gave me a good price. I look forward to working with this foundry for a long time. The work I saw on premises was impressive as was the work she showed me. Definitely patronize this business. Thanks New York Art Foundry!
