New York Central Framing Annex

Had 2 great jobs done here, reasonable price and good job, although it took a while, but I was happy about it. But this time, hell no. Framing my print took a little bit over a month and came very approximative the print was hanging out of the back in a few parts, and making waves. although it was obvious, I hardly got them to rework on it they were saying it was the paper of my print!!. Another 2 or 3 weeks later, it was "ready" with the corner fixed but the whole bottom completely wavy. That was really annoying but more annoying was the attitude of the lady putting the blame on the quality of the paper, then on me, although clients I'm the shop couldn't help but agreeing that it was not a great job. They didn't give me any discount or anything, and I can only express my frustration through a review and telling my art friends to avoid this place...
