I was raised in Wagner and my mom still lives there. If the city were to improve the outer common areas of the complex for the kids and adults, it would be a beautiful place. The repairs are done timely, the view is beautiful from the windows, Apts are nice but the parks within need to be improved by alot. Also the "Garden they put in the baseball field is in the middle of nowhere and it's just brought a bit of a rodent problem on the street level. In my opinion that should be removed and the field should be renovated other than that I like it.

Hate going to any housing authority in new york city, the workers dont take pride and they all smell of urine...
