5 stars with respect to the customer service I received while shopping here. The male sales associate (didn't get his name, glasses, middle aged) at NY and CO was the most professional, friendly, and helpful I had come across during this day of shopping at the mall. He knows when to back off, and when to help, offering tactful suggestions, generally going above and beyond for his customers while remaining non-discriminate. He provided each customer who walked in some of his time (busier time, late Thurs afternoon) and the same caliber of service, regardless of the customer being a tired mother of 4 or a smartly-dressed regular. I plan to be a regular shopper due to this experience. Working with him is a breath of fresh air!

The sales associates at New York and Co. are super friendly and helpful, and will always come up to you even if you only look like you need help. Usually this annoys me, but they also know when to let you shop. The clothes are also great quality and much cheaper than other stores which offer the same thing. Will be there again!

It seems their selection isn't very large. They do have nice professional looking clothing. The prices are too high, I think.
