Wasn't greeted when I walked in but the employee did look at me. She was not doing anything so I'm not sure why she didn't come see if she could help me. I grabbed a shirt that was hanging under a shelf that had a sign that said "but one get one 50% off" but as an experienced shopper with this terrible company I knew better, so I asked the employee that didn't greet me "hey, is this full price?" She responded "yes" but proceeded to scan it with a device she was wearing on her arm. Sure enough, she was wrong and the item was a New York deal. I was glad it was on sale but the level of unprofessionalism is absurd. I wander around, grab a few more items and head to check out. There was no line but it was clear the cashiers had no idea what they were doing. I waited in like about 15 minutes while the cashiers tried to figure out whatever they couldn't understand about a basic POS cashier system. My cashier doesn't greet me. I told her I had a payment to make on my NY&Co and whipped out my checkbook. Halfway thru writing my check she informs me that they only take cash for cards. I told her she was wrong lol because I make my payments in store by check every month so she confirms with someone else and whoop there it is I was right again. She MUST have been BRAND NEW TO PLANET EARTH because she didn't know how to insert the check into the check reader. I literally reached around and showed her how. She didn't thank me for the free training. I had to point out to her twice to remove the sensors from both a shirt and a purse. Finally, as I was leaving I was not acknowledged or thanked for my purchase or asked to come again. I highly recommend NOT going here. Staff is always new and never know what they're doing.
